Our team-building program offers a unique experience that takes you on a thrilling journey. You'll have the chance to meet fighter pilots and work with them as a team, using high-performance jets as your key resources. However, events beyond your control will dramatically change your day, and you'll find yourself thrust into the planning bunker with only 60 minutes to spare.
As Squadron Commanders, your mission is to save your business from rogue competitors and work together as a team to plan and execute a mission just like fighter pilots do. The famous Mission Planning Exercise is a fun, interactive, and exciting activity where you'll break up into teams of 10-14 and be given a checklist defining your role as a new Squadron Commander and three critical mission objectives that your team MUST achieve.
Each team member will be given a unique callsign and an indispensable role to play to successfully complete the mission. You'll learn about 'Nameless and Rankless' culture, where each member is completely equal, and each role is equally challenging. Our program is inclusive, and every member of your team, regardless of gender or personality type, will have an opportunity to participate and shape your team's ultimate success.
After the team building session, we'll wrap up with our fighter pilots, and your team will debrief the mission together. This powerful conversation has been improving team performance by over 300% for 25 years, and you'll be surprised by the impact this session has on your team and the results it drives back in the office. You'll also have an opportunity to laugh and enjoy the results of your mission success, as you find out whether our pilots delivered on the mission and whether you achieved ALL the objectives.
