We saw an opportunity to do team building differently. Less awkward icebreakers and one-size-fits-all activities, and more genuinely fun experiences that bring people together.
So we built Team Days around two things.. Great experiences and making them easy to organise.
Today, we help teams across Australia step away from the everyday and spend quality time together. From Amazing Races and creative challenges to Christmas parties, conferences and large-scale events, every Team Day is designed to get people involved, interacting and having a genuinely good time.
Because while workplaces have changed, the value of getting people together hasn't.
