Why?
Because juggling has been shown to improve brain health in a multitude of ways. From improving dexterity and the ability to concentrate to help ward off cravings and even Alzheimer’s, there’s research to suggest learning to juggle is great for us!
Plus, it’s a great way to bring the team together whilst learning a new skill.
These workshops offer the ability to gain valuable insights into how your team tackles new challenges, what their individual learning styles are, and how they react to the success and failure of their efforts.
Whilst this workshop centres around learning how to juggle, it’s also about learning how to learn, your ability to overcome self-limiting beliefs, and bettering oneself, all skills that will be invaluable in all aspects of life long after the workshop has finished.
Your professional juggler will come equipped with 3 juggling balls per person to utilise throughout the session, and for an additional fee, each team member can take their own set of juggling balls home to continue their learning journey.
