How The Ultimate Works
Example Event Agenda
🎤 Welcome & Briefing – Approx: 15 mins
Our host introduces the challenge, explains the rules, and divides participants into teams. Each team receives access to the interactive app and a quick strategy rundown.
📍 Challenge Adventure – Approx: 90 mins
Teams head out to complete a series of trivia, photo/video tasks, physical challenges, and brainteasers. Strategy is key as teams decide which tasks to tackle to maximise their score before time runs out.
🏆 Wrap-Up, Scoring & Celebration – Approx: 15 mins
Teams submit their final results. Hosts tally the scores, highlight standout moments, crown the winning team, and wrap up with a celebration and group photo.

Teams use our interactive app to explore GPS hotspots, unlock challenges and earn points through trivia, riddles, photo tasks and video challenges.
What hosting options are available?
Choose from three options: a remote host, a live in-person host or a self-hosted experience.
How long does the activity take?
Approximately two hours, including the briefing and wrap-up. Timing can be customised to suit your event.
How many people can take part?
The Ultimate accommodates up to 1,000 people, making it suitable for both small teams and large corporate events.
Where can we play?
The Ultimate runs outdoors Australia-wide. Our planners will help organise the experience around your preferred location.
Do we need any equipment?
You’ll need a smartphone with our interactive app. Make sure it’s fully charged and has mobile data enabled.
What challenges are included?
Expect a mix of brainteasers, trivia, riddles and creative photo and video tasks drawn from our most popular team activities.
Do you need to be fit to take part?
There’s walking involved, but success comes from teamwork, creativity and smart decisions. The varied challenges give different strengths a chance to shine.
What happens if it rains?
Our Wet Weather Guarantee allows you to switch to our indoor activity, Elevate, at no extra cost. Your planner can explain the conditions and indoor space requirements.
